Instructions

Step 1 : Candidates are advised to check their eligibility before proceeding.
Step 2: Before applying make sure you must have:

• A scanned passport size colour photograph (.jpg or .jpeg, (250×250) Px, 20KB-100KB) without Specs or Cap and face must be clearly visible,
• A scanned signature in Black / Blue ink (.jpg or .jpeg, (200×50) Px, 10KB-50KB),
• A Valid contact No.
• A Valid E-Mail Id.
• Online payment methods such as Debit card / Credit card / Net banking.

Step 3: Visit on the official website of CKCSA i.e. CKCSA.co.in and click on the Enroll Now tab and proceed as instructed.
Step 4: Fill your details in the application form.
Candidates are advised to carefully fill in the online application themselves as no change in any of the data filled in the online application will be possible/ entertained. No change is permitted after the payment is done.
An online application which is incomplete in any respect such as without proper passport size photograph and signature uploaded in the online application form/ unsuccessful fee /intimation charges payment will not be considered as valid.
Step 5: For booking a seat in classroom programs, you need to pay ₹1000 /- (Non-refundable) via online payment mode. For programs other than classroom program, the candidate is advised to get confirmed about the fee amount of your course from institute before proceeding.
Step 6: Keep the copy of proof of payment for future reference.
Up to here, a seat is booked and the candidate is treated registered for the course chosen and the paid fees will be adjusted in course fees, but you need to pay the remaining fees of the course chosen, 15 days before the commencement of the class / batch, else your seat will be treated cancelled and will be allotted to other candidate.

Offline Admission

Via Offline mode, one can apply in two ways:

I. In person to the centre office.

Step 1 : Visit the office, get the application form.
Step 2: Submit the filled in application form, and
Step 3: Attach it with all the needed documents whichever is applicable i.e. 10th Mark sheet / 10th Passing certificate / 12th Mark sheet / 12th Passing certificate / a passport size photo / CKCSA ID card (for Ex-student).
Step 4: Pay the fees in any preferred mode. The candidate is advised to get confirmed about the fee amount of the course from institute before proceeding.

II. Via post to the centre office.

Step 1 : Write an application seeking admission in CKCSA. Mention your name, date of birth, batch in which seeking admission, and put your signature.
Step 2: Download the registration form Click to Download.
Step 3: Submit the filled in application form, with Attach it with all the needed documents whichever is applicable i.e. 10th Mark sheet / 10th Passing certificate / 12th Mark sheet / 12th Passing certificate / a passport size photo / CKCSA ID card (for Ex-student)
Step 4: Get ready with the Demand Draft in favour of “CKCSA” payable at “Patna”, Or Get in touch with us if you have any kind of issues.
Step 5: Send the filled in application form along with the above mentioned documents and
the Demand Draft to the below mentioned address:
